Virtual Instruction and Design (VID) has Defence trained experts that can guide your organisation through the Defence Training Model (DTM) and the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL). VID can also provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) agents in accordance with Defence requirements.

VID has expertise in the integration of simulation in the Defence training environment and can assist in developing the additional assessment tools associated with the training review and validation of Defence training.

b.· suitability- how well they can be used by learners and training staff in the environments and the circumstances they are designed for;

VID has learning and training technologists with expertise in the processes of the DTM who can make judgments on the quality attributes of the training and formally evaluate and review the training during Piloting. VID can also undertake formative evaluation of materials and training equipment as they are developed to avoid unplanned delays and costs at the end of the training process.
